We are a growing furniture wholesaler with a strong network of resellers both domestically and internationally. Due to the departure of a colleague, we are seeking a Sales Support Representative for our Eastern and Southeastern European market who will serve as the primary point of contact for our resellers. You will join a down-to-earth, dedicated team of six colleagues in the Sales Support department, where collaboration and quality are key priorities.
In this role, you’ll be the primary point of contact for resellers in Eastern and Southeastern Europe. An important part of your role is assisting our customers with their questions and finding appropriate solutions. You think proactively, respond quickly, and ensure that every customer feels truly heard and well taken care of. With your keen insight and customer-focused approach, you not only turn challenges into opportunities, but also provide customers with targeted commercial advice that helps them move forward and strengthens our services.
In addition, you’ll be in frequent contact with colleagues in Finance and Logistics, and you’ll work closely with the Export Manager, account managers, and agents. Together, you’ll ensure that customers receive excellent support and that the entire process runs smoothly and professionally. You’ll report to our Head of Sales.
In short: You are the customer-focused point of contact for our resellers and the person who ensures that questions and complaints are handled with care.
