Questions and Answers

You purchased your Richmond from one of our authorized dealers, which means you have entered into a sales contract with them. As a consumer, your legal warranty through your dealer is valid for at least 2 years. We therefore kindly ask that you always report any service issues to your dealer. If necessary, they will contact us, the wholesaler.

We’re sorry to hear you have a complaint about one of our products. Since we are a wholesaler, we ask that you report the complaint to the dealer where you made your purchase. If the dealer has any questions, they can contact us.

To ensure we can provide you with the best possible solution, please provide the following information to the dealer:

  • A clear description of the complaint;
  • Order number;
  • Clear photos of the issue, preferably as detailed as possible.

Proper care is essential to keep your furniture looking its best for as long as possible. This depends on the materials used in your Richmond furniture. Under the "Product Information" section, you can find care instructions and download our material sheets.

On our website, you’ll find a “store locator.” If you enter your address or ZIP code here, we’ll show you a list of all dealers in your area. Our dealers are divided into three different categories: Bronze, Silver gold. 


Bronze dealers offer a selection of our products, while silver dealers offer a wide range of the Richmond collection. Want even more choice? Gold dealers offer the largest selection of Richmond products. Finally, there are also webshop only dealers, who sell Richmond products exclusively online.

Would you rather see the extensive Richmond Interiors for yourself? Almost all of our collections are on display for you at our Experience Center Heerhugowaard.
